We operate across the UK and specialise in bulk earthworks, drainage, civil engineering, utilities, fibre, streetscapes and renewable energy. We have a niche team of Quantity Surveyors and a varied client base including large tier 1 contractors through to small-medium sub-contractors.

Location:

Deeside.

• Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience within a civil engineering / utility environment. We would also consider an experienced commercial assistant looking to take the next step in their career.
• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Bsc Quantity Surveying Degree / HNC desirable however not essential.
• Driving License and able to travel across the North West.

• Prepare cost plans and tender documents
• Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
• Valuations
• Submitting payment claims
• Client meetings
• Provide commercial expertise and guidance
