Your new role as Associate Civil Engineer In this influential position, you will take ownership of complex water and wastewater infrastructure schemes, while playing a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing civil engineering team.
You will be responsible for:
Leading civil design delivery across clean and wastewater networks, treatment assets, drainage and hydraulic infrastructure
Preparing and reviewing technical outputs including reports, calculations, drawings and specifications
Acting as a trusted client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships with utilities, contractors and delivery partners
Supporting business growth across the UK and Ireland water sectors, including resource planning and capability development
Mentoring and developing junior engineers, embedding a culture of technical excellence
Promoting innovative, low-carbon and sustainable water solutions
What you will need to succeed as Associate Civil Engineer To be considered, you should demonstrate:
A degree in Civil Engineering (or a closely related discipline)
Chartered Engineer status (ICE or equivalent)
Strong consultancy background delivering water or wastewater projects
Sound technical expertise in drainage, networks, hydraulics and/or treatment infrastructure
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationshipsA track record of mentoring engineers and contributing to team growth
