About the Company
An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancies, delivering innovative geotechnical and geoenvironmental solutions across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and development projects. With a strong presence in the rail sector and a collaborative technical environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Civil, Structural and Geotechnical professionals on technically challenging schemes

• Proficiency in geotechnical analysis, including the use of software such as PLAXIS and WALLAP
• Proven experience in producing comprehensive geotechnical reports, including Geotechnical Interpretative Reports and Mining Risk Assessments
• Expertise in ground investigation planning, specification, supervision, and interpretative reporting
• Ability to undertake geotechnical design works, including assessments for earthworks, slopes, and associated infrastructure
• Strong understanding of geology, ground models, and geotechnical engineering principles

• Degree in Geology or a related discipline (essential)
• MSc in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field (desirable)
• Working towards or recently achieved Chartered status (CGeol or CEng)
