We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team at our Deeside site on a full time permanent basis!

As aContinuous Improvement Engineer you willplay a vital role in driving the continuous improvement across all areas of the contract. Identifying processes for improvement covering subjects such as safety, service, cost and quality and any other aspects.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Key Duties of a Continuous Improvement Engineer:

• Drive the continuous improvement (CI) strategy on site.
• Lead and implement CI initiatives in conjunction with the site teams.
• Analyse process performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Track and record benefits made.
