Key responsibilities- Deliver civil and geo-structural designs with minimal supervision
- Apply practical construction knowledge to inform design decisions
- Take ownership of work packages and client communication
- Support client meetings and early-stage business development
- Review and coordinate junior engineers’ work
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site constraints
- Motivated to develop client-facing and commercial skills
- Optional – Ambition to progress into Principal Engineer
