About you Minimum of Level 6 qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline At least 3 years' experience working within the civil engineering sector, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects Full, valid driving licence and own transportation to access site locations Strong technical background with experience in site supervision, progress reporting, and programme management Proficient in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, BIM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of relevant legislation including CDM 2015, and health and safety standards applicable to high-risk environments, particularly airports Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Adept at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure What you'll do Lead and supervise civil reconfiguration and extension projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards Support the planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages of airport civil infrastructure projects Coordinate daily operations, managing subcontractors and liaising with airport departments to facilitate seamless project delivery Champion health, safety, and environmental practices across all project phases, ensuring full compliance with legislation and airport standards Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to mitigate issues that could impact project timelines or airport operations Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and lookahead schedules, communicating effectively with all stakeholders Participate in emergency response planning and out-of-hours work to support airport operational requirements when needed Contribute to continuous improvement processes by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices in project delivery For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Co Antrim or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact James McIntosh for a confidential discussion IND
