• Traveltohospitalstoperformtesting,maintenance,andrepairson

• Diagnoseandresolveequipmentissues,ensuring top-quality performance.
• Providetechnicalsupporttocustomersandthesalesteam,troubleshooting product-related concerns.
• Observe Integraproductsinsurgicalenvironmentstoassessequipmentusageandpotentialissues.
• Installmodificationstoimprovesafetyandperformance.
• Maintaininventorylevelsandmanagecalibrationschedulesforequipment.
• Documentrepairsandserviceactivitiesaccuratelyfollowing Good Documentation Practices .
• Presentaprofessionalandcustomer-focusedimageatalltimes.
• Collaboratewithinternalteamstosharetechnicalinsightsandimproveservicequality

• Technicaldegreeorequivalentcollegecredits.
• Experienceinfieldservice,preferablyinthemedicaldeviceindustry.
• Strongknowledgeofelectronics,troubleshooting,andelectromechanicalrepairs.
