As an Aircraft Technician, you'll support aircraft engineering, line and depth maintenance, scheduled servicing, corrective maintenance and a range of technical activities that help ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest standards.

This role is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 17:15, and is based on site at St Athan, near Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

• Supporting aircraft engineering, maintenance and servicing activities.
• Preparing aircraft for daily flying operations and operational requirements.
• Carrying out ground handling activities, including fuel and oil replenishment.
• Assisting with scheduled and corrective maintenance activities in line with approved procedures.
• Following technical data, engineering instructions and maintenance documentation to support safe aircraft operations.

• Interpreting technical data and engineering documentation.
• Working within an aircraft maintenance or aviation engineering environment.
• Engaging effectively with a range of stakeholders and team members.
• Supporting maintenance activities in a safety-critical environment.
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

• Recognised Aircraft Apprenticeship, Military aviation experience, NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance engineering procedures.
• Full UK driving licence.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance for this role.
