Our Parts Advisors play an important role in service operations, offering parts support to our Service Centers and Mobile Service. What You’ll Do
  • Manage warehouse flow: source and allocate parts as needed to fulfill our service commitments; responsible for receiving, picking and shipping.
  • Ensure top quality: receive parts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork.
  • Coordinate & collaborate: ensure parts availability by collaborating across teams and working closely with suppliers; review jobs and plan accordingly.
  • Communicate: provide a seamless experience for our customers by keeping a high level of communication with local Service teams and suppliers.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experienced: professional experience within warehousing and logistics, preferably from automotive industries.
  • Interested & fast learner: genuine car interest, eager to learn more.
  • Skilled communicator: speak and write English well, clearly and respectfully.
  • Flexibility to travel within region (Scotland/Ireland).
  • Flexible team player: collaborate closely with different kinds of people, work in shifts including weekends, morning and evening shifts.
  • Safe to drive: hold a full valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
