The Role

Key Responsibilities Champion an outstanding customer service experience across our service and parts departments. Efficiently manage vehicle bookings and coordinate courtesy car arrangements. Collaborate closely with our workshop team, ensuring all job card requirements are met. Oversee the precise ordering and inventory management of parts stock from manufacturers, ensuring availability for technicians. Return warranty parts in strict accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Actively promote and sell our range of products and services to customers. What You'll Bring A self-motivated, articulate, and professional approach to your work. Excellent organisational and communication skills, vital for customer and team interactions. A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and maintain positive customer relations. At least one year of experience within the motor industry, with relevant role experience preferred.

IT proficiency and a full, valid UK driving licence are essential. Franchise motor trade experience is desirable, though not essential.
