Senior Engagement Officer

SENIOR ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

37 hours per week (Mon Fri, flexi hours)

Based in Northern Whig House, 3 Waring Street, Belfast

Salary: £37,613 to £42,435

We are looking for an experienced and community-focused Senior Engagement Officer to join our team and help us strengthen the way we listen to, involve and work with our customers, residents and communities. As a housing association, we know that great engagement is about more than communicating with people. It is about listening to customers, building trust, involving communities in decisions and making sure their voices influence the services we provide.

About the role

As Senior Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering our customer, resident and community engagement activity. You will work closely with colleagues, customers and external partners to create meaningful opportunities for people to have their say and influence the services that affect them.

Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise, prioritise a busy workload in a vibrant working environment and to respond and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.
