Belfast International Airport (BIA) Hourly rate: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour Hours per week: 40 per week, including weekends and public holidays. We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team in our Unit at the Belfast International Airport. We require someone who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills and has a passion for providing first-class service. We are also looking for a customer-focused individual who works well in a team and on their own initiative. We need you to be flexible and able to work on a rota basis that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.

You must be comfortable with lone working, as well as working in part of a team. Public transport times should be checked prior to applying for the position if required. This role consists of 8 hour shifts on a rota basis covering from 6am to 11pm during summer & 7am to 10pm during winter.

• Minimum of 1 years’ customer service experience
• Minimum of 1 years’ cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft computer systems such as outlook, word, excel
• Ability to move and lift machines

As this job is airside, it will require security declaration and an Access NI Basic Disclosure to be completed prior to commencement. You must also provide the last 5 years work of and education history.

• Working on a rota shift in line with flights from the airport.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Branch, supervision of venue staff.
• Assist with weekly collections taking care to follow company procedures.
• Ensure that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers and ensure that customer service is carried out in line with company standards.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to, whilst on duty.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Key holder duties and responsibilities.
• Monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
• Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25.
• Report any machine faults and errors immediately.
• Ensuring correct completion of all paperwork.
• Any other duties as required.
• Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches.
• Weekend and public holiday cover required.
• Working hours – (full time) 40 hours, some flexibility and cover required.
