Account Manager — Igaming

Our payments infrastructure enables companies to process card payments, local payment methods, and cash payments across Latin America with a single API and one contract. We are in a very fast growth phase — small team, fast decisions, high ownership.

We're hiring Account Managers in Europe to run a portfolio of iGaming merchants across several countries.

• Own the relationship with a portfolio of iGaming operators across different geos
• Track account health: approval rates, incidents, reconciliation, chargebacks, and payout performance
• Build performance strategies with each operator to lift approval rates, speed up deposits and withdrawals, and reduce risk and fraud
• Spot growth (new payment methods, new markets, more volume, new brands under the same operator) and close it
• Work with Ops, Fin Ops, Compliance, and Product to fix things fast, because in iGaming a failed deposit means a lost player
• Report weekly on your portfolio
• What we're looking for
• 2–4 years as an Account Manager or CSM in payments or fintech (PSPs, acquiring, orchestration, BaaS)
• iGaming experience is a must: you've managed a portfolio of gaming merchants and know how operators think about deposits, withdrawals, player friction, and conversion
• Familiarity with high-risk verticals: KYC/AML expectations, licensing, fraud patterns, and chargeback dynamics
• Fluent English;
  Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
• AI-native: you use AI tools every day to get work done (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI…). This is non-negotiable.
• Data-comfortable: you read a dashboard and know what to ask
