As a Bingo Caller, you'll be the voice of the session-delivering clear, confident calls, creating great moments for guests, and keeping the room engaged from start to finish. You'll follow clear standards, support across the venue, and elevate issues when needed.

• Guest moments: welcome customers, guide first-timers, and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere throughout each session.
• Game delivery: call numbers accurately, lead prize announcements, explain game formats clearly, and keep sessions running on time.
• Service support help: reset the floor between games, support with light service tasks, and keep your area tidy and ready.
• Safety & compliance: follow safer-gambling, licensing and age-restricted procedures; report incidents promptly; maintain accurate game processes.
• One-team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and support across the venue-floor, F&B, hosting-host so everything runs smoothly.

• Confident communication and a warm, welcoming approach.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality or customer service is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
