Senior Compliance Consultant

A leading Financial Services Consultancy are now looking to build upon several years of exciting growth by hiring a Senior Compliance Consultant for their Belfast offices.

This new, full-time permanent job opportunity will see the successful individual play a key role in delivering audit and assurance support to the firm's global clients.

This new role would suit those from a compliance background in financial services, with exposure to or knowledge of varied regulatory requirements - this is a very client-facing role and having this experience is essential.

• Delivering audit & assurance support, guidance and insight to the firm's UK & European clients
• Engage in a wide range of projects with cutting-edge clients across the payments, e-money, asset management sectors & more
• Providing highest quality compliance work products to European clients
• Playing a key role in delivering on multiple projects - including but not limited to Information Security, Consumer Duty, Financial Crime, Safeguarding & more
• Carrying out compliance audits for clients - advising of relevant recommendations to achieve regulatory compliance
• Working closely with existing clients to help learn their business and design supporting regulatory strategy accordingly

• Junior to Mid-level professionals within assurance, audit or compliance testing - within financial services, banking, fintech or similar
• Payments or Asset Management industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential
• Demonstrable audit experience - any relevant kind of audit
• ISO 27001 experience is desirable
• Client-facing experience or exposure is desirable
• Excellent communication skills
