Base pay range(CT and Personal)
Salary / annum £60,000 to £80,000 (For Associate Director)

I’m partnering with a high-growth, highly regarded professional services accounting firm to appoint a sharp, commercially driven Tax Manager or Associate Director. This newly created role — born from rapid expansion and internal promotion — offers a standout tax professional the chance to step into a visible leadership position within a dynamic, established team.
The firm provides a sophisticated suite of tax advisory services, with particular depth in M&A, Private Equity transitions, Inheritance Tax planning and complex corporate transactions. This is an environment that values technical excellence, professional development and genuine balance — including office closure every Friday at 1pm

- Oversee and review complex personal and corporate tax compliance (including group structures)
- Provide authoritative tax advisory support across corporate, transactional, and private client matters
- Mentor, develop and manage a growing team of tax professionals
- Lead the organisation and delivery of key tax deadlines and compliance cycles
- Prepare, review and coordinate high-level written tax advice and technical reports
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and stakeholders
Professional Profile
- UK-qualified ACA / ACCA / CTA
- Extensive tax experience with demonstrable strength in both corporate and personal tax
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience guiding junior team members
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and stakeholder management
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to operate with autonomy at a senior level
- Defined career progression to senior leadership
- Early finish every Friday (1pm office closure)
