Your new role As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance function. Reporting directly to the company directors, you’ll lead improvements in financial processes, deliver clear and timely management reporting, and support the development of the accounts team. You’ll also oversee the implementation of a new accounts system and contribute to strategic planning through resource and skills assessments.

What you'll need to succeed You’ll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment. You’ll have a strong track record of preparing management accounts, submitting VAT returns, and leading or mentoring finance teams. Experience in process improvement and system implementation is essential, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
