As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to:
Prepare monthly and year-end management accounts. Assist with internal and external audits. Manage the stock and fixed assets Help delegate and coordinate diverse Opportunity to take control of a member of staff.

To excel in this role, you should have: A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or have a wide range of relevant and practice experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting function. A strong grasp of finance principles and practices, including project analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Hands-on experience with financial software, outstanding Excel skills, and IT proficiency.
Experience of liaising with external auditors, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to delegate, train, and mentor staff. Key attributes such as strong analytical, innovative, and decision-making abilities, business acumen, commercial awareness, problem-solving expertise, and the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
