• Leading the delivery of tax services to a diverse range of companies, primarily within the local market.
• Supporting the Director in managing junior team members, including delegating, reviewing work, and coaching.
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and internal quality standards.
• Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
• Mentoring team members and helping develop technical knowledge across the department.

• Providing advice on wider tax areas such as personal tax, VAT, R&D, and corporate advisory.
• Partnering with the Director to offer strategic tax advisory services to clients.
• Contributing to tax planning strategies to optimise clients’ financial positions.
• Reviewing and implementing improvements to internal processes and procedures.
• Supporting business development initiatives and helping secure new clients.

• Visiting clients to provide a detailed overview of their tax position.
• Identifying opportunities with new or existing clients to help grow the firm’s client portfolio.
• Representing the firm in professional networks, events, and industry forums.
• Leading special projects or ad hoc initiatives to enhance client service or internal efficiency.
