Senior Pensions Administrator at Idex

Idex is currently seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join one of the UK's award-winning independent trustee firms. This role offers a great opportunity to develop existing skills, expand your knowledge, and gain valuable experience. You will support and consult for the Trusteeship team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring all pension scheme transactions are completed to high standards and within service levels.
  • Serving as a key contact for pension members and clients, answering queries via phone and written communication, and attending Trustee meetings.
  • Providing clear and accurate information to members and beneficiaries.
  • Carrying out various exercises such as winding up schemes, calculating pension benefits, and forensic research for schemes, all while delivering excellent service.
