Interim Senior Finance Manager - 9-12 Months Contract

The Interim Senior Finance Manager will ideally be a Fully Qualified Accountant - Immediate Need

Belfast City centre

Hybrid Working Available

Candidates seeking 4 or 5 days a week will be considered.

As Interim Senior Finance Manager you will be reporting to the Finance Director & will have one direct report at Finance Manager level.

The main purpose is to take overall responsibility for the management of the Finance Function, overseeing all Finance and Budgetary Processes whilst working as part of the Strategic & Operations Team.

• Full ownership of the Finance Function
• Working as part of the Strategy & Operations Team
• Oversight of the Financial Planning and Budgetary Control Process
• Cashflow forecasting including in year monitoring and reforecasting
• Assisting with the implementation of business process improvements
• Preparation of consolidated accounts
• Provide insight into business performance through regular and ad-hoc reporting
• Business partnering with the wider business
• KPI implementation and management
• Preparation of Board Reports
• Assist with implementation of new systems and processes
• Providing back up and support to finance team members
• Any other general duties as required

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with at least 5 years experience in a finance environment - Preferable
• At least 3 years' management experience including managing a team
• Experience of ERP Systems and reporting
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team
• High level of accuracy
• Good attention to detail
• Good administration & communication skills
• Flexibility to move between tasks
