Bookkeeper - Close Knit Finance Team

• Maintain the subcontractor ledger, including CIS returns

• Perform daily bank reconciliations

• Process sales transactions relating to property sales

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

• Post month‑end journals (including fixed assets and overhead allocations)

• Assist with VAT returns and audit file preparation

• Provide ad hoc support to the Company Accountant

• Minimum 3 years’ accounts experience with strong journal and reconciliation knowledge

• IATI qualified or part‑qualified accountant

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Able to work both independently and as part of a remote team

• Belfast‑based and able to travel to the office as required
