Here you'll provide meaningful solutions for a well-established portfolio of diversified business clients. Your relationship management experience, insights and expertise, along with our range of innovative products and services will help you move these businesses forward and grow our client base. In addition to providing excellent service to the existing clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
- Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
- Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
- Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of Comm Bank across the region.
Our Commercial Banking teams support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia. Our advanced technology solutions enable our people to provide invaluable support as we help clients lead their businesses into the future.
Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives & Analysts at Essendon Fields who manage a diversified client base and provide full Business & Commercial Banking solutions. The segment focuses on businesses that turnover between $3m - $15m or $1m - $3m in commercial lending, delivering on needs including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice.
We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life.
Qualifications- Have solid experience in building and leading a successful Small Business or Commercial Banking portfolio and lending above $1m;
- Have a deep understanding of banking products and services;
- Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Relationship Manager or Business Banker who is looking to step up, develop & enhance their experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
