Finance Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant to grow into a Finance Manager position with support. Your new role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function, combining strategic responsibilities with hands-on accounting duties.

You'll prepare management accounts, oversee cash flow, ensure compliance, and provide commercial insight to guide decision-making. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help shape the financial future of the business and play a key role in its growth. What you'll need to succeed Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Qualified by Experience 3+ years' experience in accounting/finance, ideally within an SME environment.

Strong technical accounting knowledge with hands-on experience. Ability to balance transactional duties with strategic responsibilities. Excellent IT skills, including accounting software and Excel modelling. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain finance to non-finance colleagues. Hands-on, adaptable, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a small management team.
