The Role You will play a key role in supporting month-end and strengthening management accounting capability, gaining hands-on exposure across the finance function. This is not a narrow processing role its a developmental position with visibility and impact. Your responsibilities will include:
Month-End & Reporting Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments Balance sheet reconciliations Supporting variance analysis and commentary Operational Finance Supporting AP and AR oversight Assisting with aged debt reviews and cash allocation Contributing to improvements in billing and payment workflows Controls & Improvement Maintaining strong financial controls and audit trails Supporting reconciliations and internal compliance processes Gaining exposure to commercial projects and business-facing finance work About You Youre ambitious, commercially aware, and eager to accelerate your career in a dynamic private sector environment.

You bring:
Part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or finalist level) or Newly qualified accountant or Qualified Accounting Technician (AAT or equivalent) Strong grounding in double-entry bookkeeping Confident Excel skills High attention to detail with a proactive mindset Most importantly, you bring energy, ambition, and the drive to grow with the business.
