We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing excellent customer service to borrowers and lenders.
What you’ll doResponsibilities:
- Review and process mortgage applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
- Verify borrower information and income, and obtain credit reports as needed
- Calculate and collect mortgage loan amounts and fees
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders
Track the progress of mortgage applications and communicate with borrowers and lenders - Handle mortgage closings and disbursements
- Maintain accurate mortgage files and records
- Liaise with lenders and underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and lenders, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
