• Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with month‑end close procedures
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Responding to supplier and customer queries in a timely manner
• Assisting with VAT return preparation
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
• AAT qualified, part‑qualified or actively studying desired but not essential
• Comfortable working with accounting software such as Sage or Xero
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
