Job Description
What you'll do
- Support client services operations by managing payment processes, maintaining investor records, and handling mailbox and administrative tasks
- Prepare and review reconciliations, cash forecasts, loan reports, and compliance templates with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
- Deliver high-quality outputs consistently while managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, teamwork, ownership, and effective communication skills

- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with a solid educational foundation
- Around 1 year of finance or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
