Position: Client Administrator (Payments)

Job Description

What you'll do

  • Support client services operations by managing payment processes, maintaining investor records, and handling mailbox and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and review reconciliations, cash forecasts, loan reports, and compliance templates with accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of tasks
  • Deliver high-quality outputs consistently while managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, teamwork, ownership, and effective communication skills

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with a solid educational foundation
  • Around 1 year of finance or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
