• At least 3 years' experience in transactional finance roles, managing purchase and sales ledgers, plus employee expenses
• Experience leading and developing small finance teams
• Solid understanding of financial controls, processes, and accounting systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
• Current study or willingness to progress towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualification

• Lead and develop a small transactional finance team responsible for bank reconciliations, ledger processes, and employee expenses
• Oversee daily banking activities, ensuring processing efficiency and strong controls
• Manage end-to-end invoice processing for purchase and sales transactions, resolving queries promptly
• Drive process improvements and support audit compliance through accurate documentation
• Provide key transactional KPIs and reporting, supporting wider finance functions
• Promote a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
