Band 3 Finance Officer

Your new company Hays are proud to be working in partnership with a large, well-established public sector organisation to recruit multiple Band 3 Finance Officers to join their Finance & Estates team in Dundonald & Lisburn. Your new role As Finance Officer, you will provide key administrative and financial support within a busy finance function. Duties will include:
Processing financial information in line with set procedures and deadlines Supporting reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Handling queries from a range of stakeholders and providing timely support Assisting with prompt payment processes and financial compliance Inputting, validating and maintaining financial data across systems Managing correspondence, emails and general administrative tasks Assisting with cash handling and banking processes where required Contributing to the smooth running of the finance office and wider team What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will:
