Management Accountant

Your new role Supporting senior managers with financial analysis, advice, and reporting to drive informed decision-making Developing robust business cases, investment appraisals, and service development proposals Providing detailed variance analysis and recommending solutions to address financial risks and pressures Supporting strategic financial planning, including identifying interdependencies, risks, and resource requirements Contributing to capital and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data Assisting with annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and monthly performance reporting Monitoring budgets and supporting budget holders to achieve financial targets Enhancing financial controls, policies, and reporting processes Engaging with internal and external audit processes and implementing recommendations Delivering financial training and guidance to non-finance stakeholders What you'll need to succeed Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience developing business cases and delivering financial analysis within a complex organisation Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels What you'll get in return Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-impact services What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
