This role offers exposure to a broad range of investment activities within a well-established organisation managing substantial long-term assets. You will work alongside experienced professionals and play an important role in supporting investment outcomes and strategic objectives. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse global investment portfolio, supporting investment decision-making, overseeing external investment partners, and contributing to the ongoing development of investment strategy and governance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring investment performance, evaluating opportunities and risks, managing relationships with external providers, and delivering high-quality analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
* This is a 1 year maternity cover. On offer £50k - £57k Enhanced employer pension, 15% Onsite parking 38 days leave 35hr work week
Key Responsibilities Monitor investment portfolios and provide insight on performance, risk and market developments. Support investment strategy implementation across a range of asset classes. Conduct investment research and due diligence on existing and prospective investments. Manage relationships with external investment managers, advisers and service providers. Analyse portfolio performance and prepare reports for senior stakeholders. Review investment-related costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Support liquidity planning and investment implementation activities. Contribute to governance, compliance and risk management processes. Assist with responsible investment and sustainability-related initiatives where appropriate. Mentor and support junior members of the team.
