Our mission is to help more people and businesses prosper, while maintaining a strong risk culture. The Corporate & Commercial Banking division integrates all retail and commercial banking activities to better serve our customers, improve efficiency and drive value creation.
- Own the full relationship with our UK SME portfolio across Northern Ireland, using digital tools, direct telephony and video channels.
- Coordinate with the team to deliver a digitally enhanced relationship management proposition for a large portfolio of SMEs.
- Identify new opportunities to deepen relationships, especially with growing international businesses, by directly contacting clients.
- Complete end‑to‑end lending applications, including consolidation and analysis of financial accounts to support clients’ funding requests.
- Improve team productivity, maximize efficiencies and drive simplification across the portfolio.
- Apply the highest standards of credit and conduct risk management, upholding our proactive, diligent risk culture and treating all customers fairly.
- Contribute to a positive, open, and inclusive culture, taking an active role in building a collaborative environment.
Salary Range: £41,808.00 – £62,712.00 per annum (based on experience). This figure is based on a standard 35‑hour working week; the actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.

- 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 28 days after 5years of service); option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
