Position: Tax Manager - Industry (hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the Head Office of a global finance team. The role will play a key role in advising operations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a varied role combining tax compliance, advisory, risk management, and process improvement responsibilities within a complex multinational environment. Working closely with colleagues across finance, external advisers, and international stakeholders, you will play a key role in managing global tax matters, ensuring compliance obligations are met, and providing practical tax guidance to support business activities worldwide.

This opportunity will suit anyone coming from a personal or corporate tax background who is wanting to step into a global leadership role. The position will report into a Senior Manager while looking after a team of 3. Key Responsibilities Lead international tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions. Provide tax guidance and support to finance teams and wider business stakeholders. Manage relationships with external advisers and coordinate delivery of tax-related projects. Identify and mitigate tax risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Support tax aspects of financial reporting, business initiatives, and organisational change projects. Drive process improvements, controls, and technology-enabled efficiencies within the tax function.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the wider finance team. About You ACA or CTA qualified (or similar)
