About the ideal candidate Recently qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting within industry or practice Strong understanding of month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls Excellent Excel skills and experience using accounting or ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business Ambitious individual looking to develop into a Finance Manager or senior finance position What the role involves Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting financial reporting Managing month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Producing meaningful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Supporting year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements Reviewing and improving finance processes and internal controls Partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders across the business Contributing to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply via the provided link or get in touch with our recruitment team for a confidential discussion.
