You'll have real autonomy and a direct line to the Managing Director as part of the senior management team.

It's a genuinely hands-on role. You'll be close to the numbers day-to-day, management accounts, cash flow, costing, and the operational finance detail that comes with a manufacturing environment. If you've worked in an SME manufacturing setting before and know what that pace and hands-on style demands, you'll feel right at home here. Key responsibilities will include:
Production of monthly management accounts Cashflow forecasting and working capital management Balance sheet control and reconciliations Month-end close processes Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis ERP and finance systems experience Board and stakeholder reporting Manufacturing sector experience Ability to operate independently and add value immediately Previous interim or short-term assignment experience Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Leadership Skills Strong IT Skills
