An established Financial Services Administrator (pensions and investments)

EXPERIENCED FSA REQUIREMENTS:

Essential - minimum of two years’ experience, working for an IFA (specifically, pensions and investments) in a financial services administrative role, carrying out the duties outlined in the job description below

TRAINEE REQUIREMENTS:

Essential - minimum of three years' experience in an office-based, administrative role

Desirable - understanding of data protection (GDPR)

This is a full-time, on-site role.

The successful applicant will be required to work at both our Belfast and Ballymena offices.

JOB DESCRIPTION Main Duties

The trainee role incorporates dedicated training for progression to the role of Financial Services Administrator.

  • Prepare Suitability Reports (new business)
  • Prepare client review reports (pre and post)
  • Prepare new business, including application forms and online provider systems
  • Chase ongoing cases/outstanding LOAs and TOAs
  • Place new plans on risk
  • Liaise with policy providers and their systems to obtain data/research
  • Ensure Compliance Procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Ensure Data Protection and Confidentiality policy is adhered to at all times
  • Ensure all compulsory, industry testing is completed within specified timescales
  • Provide general support to the team and undertake any other duties as requested
Administrative Duties

To provide administrative support to team as follows:

  • Provide general support to the team as a whole
  • Preparation of client meeting folders/documentation
  • Any other general administrative duties as required
