Dungannon area Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based Hourly rate: £30,000  per annum (dependent on experience) Reed Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a highly successful and reputable company based in the Dungannon Area who are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team on permanent, full-time basis. This role is offering a competitive starting salary, and the successful Finance Assistant will be responsible for completing the following duties:
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage purchase, sales and nominal ledgers accurately and efficiently Carry out regular reconciliations including bank accounts, supplier statements and company credit cards Process payments and ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms Support cash handling activities including preparing bank lodgements and monitoring outstanding debt Assisting with monthly payroll Subcontractor payments General accounting and administrative duties Required Skills &

Qualifications:

2  years' experience in a similar role Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good IT proficiency. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
