Responsibilities- Become a fundamental part of a team delivering a digitally enhanced Relationship Management proposition to a large portfolio of UK SME clients.
- Help understand clients better; build insight through data and technology while maintaining a personalised approach to deliver a client experience that is second to none.
- Directly contact clients to identify and win new opportunities to deepen relationships, especially with growing internationally active businesses.
- Potentially complete end‑to‑end lending applications to support clients' funding requests, including consolidation and analysis of financial accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase the team's productivity, maximise efficiencies and drive simplification.
- Embrace our proactive and diligent risk culture; apply the highest standards to credit and conduct risk management, ensuring the bank remains safe and treats all customers fairly.
- Contribute to a proactive and collaborative environment, taking an active role in building a positive, open, and inclusive culture.
- Passion to drive successful client relationships and grow the business sustainably.
- Experience in a client‑facing environment (B2B ideal).
- Commercial growth, business development experience or Relationship Management background (preferred).
- Risk management experience (e.g., Credit Risk, AML/KYC) (preferred).
- An entrepreneurial mindset and awareness of key trends in the UK SME market and digital ecosystem.
- Genuine team spirit with an ability to adapt and collaborate in a constantly dynamic environment.
- Salary Range: £41,808.00 – £62,712.00 per annum (depending on experience). Actual salary will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
- £500 annual cash allowance to spend on a range of benefits.
- 27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 28 days after 5 years of service), with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year.
