This role involves taking day-to-day oversight of the finance function, overseeing and developing a small team of finance staff. Working closely with Operations and Commercial teams, there is also a strong focus on business partnering and raising the profile of finance across the business. Combined with a clear progression pathway, this is an opportunity not to be missed for an ambitious Qualified Accountant seeking a new opportunity to truly drive their career forward.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and developing the finance team Business partnering with commercial teams Driving continuous improvement of systems and processes across finance Oversight of financial control and reporting Implementation and monitoring of KPI's Cashflow management Involvement in various exciting projects as the business continues to expand Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements:
