Finance Manager

Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a highly ambitious, acquisitive business based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse leadership role, combining strategic financial management with the day to day oversight of a client accounting function. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving informed business decisions, improving financial performance, and ensuring the delivery of a first class accounting service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions Lead annual budgeting and cash-flow forecasting Liaise with external finance support and oversee financial processes Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records Manage and develop a small client accounting team Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions Maintain excellent service standards for clients Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows Support the team operationally during busy periods The Candidate:
Experience in a finance or accounting role (management accounts, forecasting, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience managing or mentoring a team Systems/process improvement experience The Rewards:
