This organisation has enjoyed significant growth in recent years and operates across multiple divisions, offering a varied and commercially focused accounting role within a supportive and collaborative environment. Following an initial onboarding period, hybrid working will be available.

Your new role

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and review of monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple business divisions.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and quarterly reforecast processes.
• Producing meaningful management information and financial analysis for budget holders and senior management.
• Monitoring revenue streams and ensuring accurate allocation of costs.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to finance processes, reporting and controls.
• Supporting statutory audit requirements and maintaining strong financial governance.
