Job Vacancy:
Group Finance Manager/ Group Management

This role would suit a hands-on finance manager or qualified accountant looking to enhance their skills in a fast paced FMCG organisation.

The Role:

• Overseeing the day-to day financial operations.
• Managing a small transactional team to implement financial controls.
• Preparing weekly KPI reports, monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT submissions and government reporting.
• Managing and coordinating annual budgeting and reforecast process.
• Preparing year-end audit files and liaising with external auditors.
• Liaising with external stakeholders, including bank managers and suppliers.
• Assist the Head of Finance on special projects across the business.

The Person:

• 4 years+ post qualified or qualified by experience accountant, ideally in retail environment.
• Management and leadership experience.
• Hands-on individual, who is not afraid to challenge and improve processes.
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail.

Desired Criteria

• Commercial and hands-on.
• Previous experience working in fast moving retail environment.
• Experience working with group of companies, and group consolidation.
• Working knowledge of Sage
  50 cloud and or Orbis.
