Broadgate is building an AI-native neobank for SMEs in the UK and seeks a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead the founding compliance function and the FCA EMI authorisation process.
The role requires a track record of obtaining EMI authorisation, and experience steering risk, regulatory, AML/KYC, and safeguarding across a fintech or regulated financial services environment. You will report to the executive team and shape governance in collaboration with founders and engineering.
