Echo Managed Services is seeking a Payment Processing Advisor in Belfast for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join the Billing, Collections and Recoveries team and handle customer payments, reconciliations, and related financial admin with accuracy and SLA adherence.
The role requires solid numeracy, MS Excel proficiency, and strong communication to manage payments, respond to enquiries, and support reporting and process improvements. Hybrid working arrangement offers three days at home.
