We run live mandates across SaaS, Fin Tech, Agri Tech, Agri Tech, Bio Tech, Med Tech, and Deep Tech — sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising, deal sizes $1M–$200M. We're now bringing on Partners to originate and execute.

• 50% fee on mandates you originate and run
• 30% fee on mandates we originate and hand to you to run
• Full execution support: teasers, CIMs, financial models, valuations, investor and acquirer mapping
• Live deal flow across US and European markets, plus a global co-advisory network connecting sellers to European, US, and Middle Eastern buyers
• Premium data and a proven, productised document suite behind every mandate
• A brand that's scaled from nothing to $200M+ in transactions in twelve months

• Former investment banker, M&A Partner, or PE / Corporate Development professional
• Proven track record in cross-border M&A
• Strong network and origination reach
• Currently independent or evaluating the move

Just to set expectations: this is a commercial partnership model — no fixed salary — with compensation linked to mandate participation and deal success.
