What To Know

FinTrU is seeking ambitious graduates to join the FinTrU team in 2026 through our Financial Services Graduate Programme.

You will work alongside some of the world’s largest financial institutions, providing client lifecycle management (CLM) solutions to help them meet regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of the global financial system.

Our graduate programme is structured to fuel your continuous professional development journey through real-world experience, professional skills training, support with accredited exams, networking opportunities, annual compensation review, and a clear progression pathway.

Successful candidates will join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Any extension will be subject to business requirements and individual performance

What’s Involved

You will:

  • Complete a comprehensive in-person induction training programme designed to develop the necessary technical knowledge, industry awareness and professional skills to succeed in your role.
  • Apply your learning in a practical environment by supporting client projects and collaborating with experienced colleagues
  • Prepare and achieve the CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC), a globally recognised qualification, designed by senior practitioners to enhance your understanding of financial markets, operations and regulation to build your confidence in your role as an Analyst.
  • Benefit from continuous support and networking as you progress as an Analyst and develop your career at FinTrU
Location

These roles are based in Belfast. When completing your application, please select your location preference as ‘Belfast’.

FinTrU operates a hybrid working policy, currently a minimum of 3 days per week in your aligned FinTrU office. These roles are not available on a fully remote basis. Initial training for this role will be conducted fully in person.

Please note that candidates who do not reside within the role's contracting jurisdiction may be required to work from the Belfast office five days per week rather than under the standard hybrid arrangements.

  • Hold a minimum 2:2 honours undergraduate degree in any discipline
  • Live – or be ready to relocate – within a commutable distance from FinTrU’s Belfast office
  • Eligible to work in the relevant jurisdiction and be proficient in English
  • Demonstrate an interest for building a career within Financial Services at FinTrU
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Must be available to attend mandatory in-person training of up to six weeks from employment start date
