£45,000 to £50,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits

Our client is the Asset Finance division of a highly successful bank. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit an Asset Auditor.

The successful candidate will;

• Work closely with Credit, and Asset Management to schedule and complete in life asset audits and inspections at customer and end hirer sites to agreed timetable;
• Assist Collections and Sales with asset inspections to support arrears and new business strategies;
• Complete all asset audits and inspections in accordance with Group Policies and Procedures and Group Quality Assurance approved framework;
• Identify & highlight in a timely fashion to Credit & Asset Management any concerns arising from asset audits and inspections that might indicate a funded asset could be at risk;
• Support the Asset Manager with review of asset audit and asset inspection reports completed by approved third party audit & inspection providers;
• Create MI Reporting and provide suitable commentary for management meetings.
