This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth professional services business with an outstanding reputation for delivering strategic financial and transaction advisory services to a diverse client base. The firm has experienced significant expansion in recent years and continues to invest heavily in its people, technology, and international presence.

About the job:

• Lead financial analysis and reporting on transactions and business reviews.
• Assess financial performance to identify underlying trading trends and non-recurring items.
• Analyse historical financial data, including working capital and balance sheet movements.
• Review financial information to identify key risks, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
• Evaluate financial forecasts and provide commercial insight to support decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key contact throughout project delivery.
• Support, coach, and develop junior team members while contributing to the growth of the team.

About you:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent - or working towards qualification

• Previous experience in audit, transaction services, corporate finance, or a similar financial advisory environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial information clearly

• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
