Taxation in Hertford is seeking an ACA and/or CTA qualified Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead a growing team and shape the advisory offering for a portfolio of corporate clients, including OMBs, SMEs, multinationals and some listed groups.
You will take day-to-day control of the team, work with partners to grow the practice, and provide technical support on issues such as R&D credits, IP planning, group restructures, M&A and transfer pricing.
